Great to hear from former top jockey Paddy Brennan on his new ventures, which received a huge boost at Kelso on Saturday when 22/1 chance Leloopa realised a long-term plan with £100,000 success on the Go North Finals weekend. He also bought impressive bumper winner Is This For Real - a risky buy with £80,000 he didn't really have - who now looks a smart prospect for rising force and Brighton and Hove Albion chairman Tony Bloom.
Brennan reflects on why that was so meaningful, while he has some strong words on the administrative process of owning racehorses and how it could be proving a genuine obstacle to attracting new owners and retaining current ones in the British horse racing.
