Epsom trainer Adam West and jockey Sean Kirrane recorded the biggest successes of their career as they teamed up to land the G1 Coolmore Wootton Bassett Nunthorpe Stakes.
The 28/1 chance scorched the turf on the Knavesmire and held off the late challenge from defending champion Highfield Princess (7/5 favourite) and Bradsell (9/2).
West trains 46 horses and owns a couple of ferrets at his base at Clear Heights Stable on the outskirts of Epsom.
For Kirrane, this was his first ride in a Group One and what a way to break your maiden!
