FAIR USE: The purpose of this video use is transformative. It was taken from a broadcast tape, to show the cruelty of horse racing and why it needs to end. 3 year old colt HAVNAMELTDOWN was running in his 7th start. After racing in California, he was shipped to Saudi Arabia, then back to the US for Preakness. The on-air heads callously talk about Luis Saez being “aggressive” (no shit, he just killed 2 horses at the KY Derby two weeks prior), and how he’ll “get the job done.” Well he got it done, he just killed another horse.
