Actually, my element was a front somersault one and a half roll. I have competed in that element in many competitions and even won a medals. But unfortunately, on that day I couldn't release my hands for rolling. that was my mistake.
After landing on my head, even I tried to get up but it wasn't possible. After that, completely lost sensation and movement in my lower body.
