IMG Academy Black vs Sunlake had EVERYTHING… bat flips, home runs, celebrations, warnings, and one ejection that still makes no sense.
Sunlake came through with a 2-out, 2-run bat flip bomb in the bottom of the 5th to take a 1-run lead, and the hitter got warned for it. Then IMG answered right back the next inning with a home run to tie it up before pouring on more runs late. Then came the wild part… another no-doubt homer by IMG, the batter watched it for a second, and somehow got EJECTED.
Honestly, I thought this ejection was super soft and made no sense at all.
